Development of Amateur Orchestras
Collaborating in the artistic development and sustainability of amateur orchestras is essential for the musical life of our communities. With a comprehensive strategy and in-depth analysis, we ensure their growth and longevity.

Development and Sustainability
In the current context, collaborating in the artistic development and sustainability of amateur orchestras in the region over time is a crucial aspect for the musical life of the communities in which they are embedded.
To this end, it is essential to design a development project that goes beyond the musical. It is necessary to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the ensemble, its organizational structure, its traditions and ways of operating, to grasp the human group that forms the orchestra, and to assimilate the artistic perspectives of its members.
Once the analysis is complete and there is a clear understanding of how the orchestra interacts with its surrounding environment, an action plan can be outlined involving various areas: Artistic-Musical, Management, Outreach, Musical Promotion, Network Development, etc. The execution of this action plan should be assessed over a period of at least two years (approximately four programs).
The goal is to contribute to improving the artistic performance of the ensemble, as well as its approach to its own functioning, aiming to ensure its long-term sustainability. Experience and specialized knowledge are key to guiding this process effectively, tailored to the specific needs of each orchestra, guaranteeing meaningful and lasting results.
